I’m an ordinary woman on an extraordinary path of learning and practicing mindfulness in daily life. As the creator of The Art of Mindful Journey, I’m here to share my experiences, insights, and reflections on this transformative practice.

My Story

A few months ago, while pursuing a diploma in mobile application development, I felt a deep resistance inside me. Something told me I didn’t belong there. Even before this course, I had tried many jobs but never felt a sense of purpose or fulfilment. The fast-paced, competitive lifestyle left me stressed and unbalanced.

That’s when I turned to meditation and began incorporating mindfulness into my daily routine. It was a life-changing shift that opened my eyes to new possibilities.

I’ve always dreamed of a world without relentless competition a place where everyone has equal opportunities, and where understanding and compassion guide our actions. Through this blog, I hope to create such a community by sharing my insights, personal experiences, and practical tips on mindfulness in everyday life.

Who I am

When I’m not blogging, you’ll likely find me immersed in a good book on personal development or mindfulness. I have a deep love for walking and spending time in nature. it’s where I feel most connected and at peace.

As an introvert, I cherish moments of solitude, finding comfort and calm in quiet spaces. These moments of stillness inspire my mindfulness practice and fuel my desire to share this journey with others.
